Kristin Burton
Kristin BurtonPT, DPT
Kristin is a Florida native, moving to Savannah in 2006 to play soccer for Armstrong Atlantic State University. After finishing her undergraduate degree in 2010, she then completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2013 and took a position with St. Joseph’s Candler working on the inpatient rehab floor. At the hospital she worked with a largely geriatric caseload having a variety of diagnoses including post cardiac surgery, post stroke, and post orthopedic surgery. Kristin was excited to combine her love for physical therapy and her love for animals, which is why she started her training with the University of Tennessee to obtain her Canine Rehabilitation Certification. She is co-owner of Fetch Canine Rehab with her long time friend Dr. Jamie Baker and together they plan to create a family oriented work environment that will be a safe and fun space for your companions rehabilitation.

Dr. Burton and her German Shorthaired Pointer, Harper, enjoy outdoor activities(mostly running and Crossfit) and traveling to new places. As a former athlete she now enjoys playing adult league sports but spends more time watching sporting events from her home. Harper prefers this!

“I promise to work hard to provide quality care to ensure a better quality of life for your pet!”
